Terms of consultation
Terms governing Engine Labhub employment consultations and use of guidance about seasonal and hospitality work in Germany.
Effective 15 August 2026
1. Acceptance and provider
These terms apply to use of engine-labhub.digital and consultations supplied by Engine Labhub, Level 6, 28 Schildergasse, Cologne 50667, Germany. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms provided before payment.
2. Nature of the service
We provide general employment preparation, document-question planning and arrival guidance. We are not a recruitment agency, law firm, immigration authority, tax adviser or certified translation service. Information is not a guarantee of employment, work permission, housing, earnings or a particular administrative outcome.
3. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate context, check employer identities, retain your original records, meet official deadlines and seek regulated advice where needed. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. You remain responsible for deciding whether to apply, sign, travel or accept accommodation.
4. Booking and fees
Scope, fee, format and timing are agreed in writing before payment. There is no automatic subscription. Appointments may not be transferred without consent. Cancellation and reimbursement are governed by the refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
Site text, consultation frameworks and written action-note formats belong to Engine Labhub. Clients may use their personal notes for their own employment decisions but may not resell, republish or present our material as professional advice authored by them. Employer documents remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in preparing guidance from the material supplied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for employer conduct, inaccurate third-party information, rejected applications, visa decisions, travel disruption or indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
7. External links
Links to authorities and third parties are offered for convenience. Their content, availability and decisions are outside our control.
8. Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable at your habitual residence. Courts are determined by mandatory law. Please contact info@engine-labhub.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
9. Changes
The version shown when a consultation is agreed applies to that booking. We may update website terms for future services when practice or law changes.
