The Pre-Departure Briefing is for clients with a signed agreement and imminent travel date. We organise what belongs in hand luggage, which employer details should be confirmed again, and how to approach the administrative first week.
The readiness check
We cover your workplace and accommodation addresses, arrival contact, travel connections, check-in timing, copies of employment documents, health-insurance evidence, emergency funds, registration appointment planning and a simple record for hours worked.
Before the call
Have your travel itinerary, contract, accommodation confirmation and employer contact details nearby. Never send payment-card credentials, account passwords, or full identity documents to us.
What is not included
This is not immigration clearance, legal representation, travel insurance or emergency assistance. Where official confirmation is required, we identify the responsible authority but cannot decide on its behalf.
