How an Engine Labhub consultation turns a seasonal or hospitality job question into a prepared, focused employment discussion.
01 — Tell us the decision in front of you
Use the contact form to explain whether you are searching, reviewing an offer, or preparing to travel. Name the role, German region and intended dates if known. Do not upload passports, bank details or unredacted identity documents.
02 — We confirm fit and scope
Within one working day, an adviser recommends the relevant consultation and proposes appointment times. If the question requires legal representation, official immigration advice, certified translation or active recruitment, we explain that our service is not the right route.
03 — Share only the relevant material
For an offer review, we provide instructions for sending the vacancy or contract securely. Redact details that are not needed. The adviser reads the material before the call and notes unclear employment, shift, pay and accommodation terms.
04 — Work through the real questions
The call follows your immediate decision. We distinguish facts in writing from verbal promises, prepare questions for the employer, and order administrative tasks. You can take notes and ask for unfamiliar German employment terms to be explained in plain English.
05 — Leave with an action sequence
Where included, your written note arrives within one working day. It identifies what to ask, who to contact, what to retain and which issues require an official or regulated adviser.
